Announced vs. available
Home humanoids and new robots get enormous coverage long before anyone can buy them. This tracker separates what's shipping from what's a preorder, a beta or a promise. Nothing here gets a buy button until ordinary US customers can receive one.
Scam warning: Tesla does not sell Optimus to consumers. Sites taking "home Optimus preorders" are scams. The same applies to any humanoid "preorder" that isn't on the company's own website.

How to read a robot announcement
- "Preorder" usually means a deposit, sometimes with no delivery obligation. Read the terms.
- "Shipping in 2026" is a promise. We log promise windows and check them when they expire.
- Demo videos aren't independent tests. Several home robots rely partly on remote human operators; Weave discloses this for Isaac 0.
- Waitlist and preorder counts are company figures, not proof of demand.
What to buy instead, today
- Want floors handled? Robot vacuums are mature.
- Want help for a parent living alone? Proven safety systems ship today.
- Want a comforting robotic pet now? Joy for All pets are on sale.
- Want to know what died? Robot Graveyard.
